On February 7, the sitting of the NA Council presided over by the RA NA Vice President, the NA Acting President Hakob Arshakyan was held.

The NA Council debated and approved the draft laws on Making Addenda to the agenda of the third session of the eighth convocation of the National Assembly and the agenda of the regular sittings to be convened on February 8. The sequence and the duration were also set for the debate of the agenda items of the regular sittings. 16 items were included in the draft agenda of the NA regular sittings.

By the decision of the Council changes were made in the decisions of the NA Council. In the Inter-Parliamentary Committee between the RA National Assembly and the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Mikayel Tumasyan will replace Sergey Movsisyan from the Civil Contract Faction, and in the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly on Orthodoxy Hrachya Hakobyan will replace the member of the Civil Contract Faction Arpine Davoyan in the NA Delegation.

By another decision of the Council changes were made in a number of Friendship Groups.
