On January 21, the RA NA Vice President Ruben Rubinyan received a delegation led by the Representative of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union and the Advisor to the French presidential office Isabelle Dumont and the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar.

They exchanged views related to the implementation of the agreements reached during the meetings between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan mediated by the RF President in Sochi, as well as the President of the European Council in Brussels and the President of France.

The sides touched upon the process of normalization of the relations between Armenia and Turkey. According to the NA Vice President’s assessment, the first meeting of the special representatives in Moscow was constructive. He has noted that the Armenian side is interested in solving clear problems through a substantive process.
