On January 21, the NA Vice President Ruben Rubinyan received the RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the RA Sergei Kopyrkin. The sides highly assessed the Armenian-Russian allied relations and highlighted their continuous development.

The settlement of relations between Armenia and Turkey was touched upon. As a Special Representative of Armenia in Armenia-Turkey dialogue process, Ruben Rubinyan expressed his gratitude to the Russian side for the readiness of hosting the meeting of the Special Representative of Turkey and him in Moscow several days ago and for supporting the settlement process.

The NA Vice President has valued constructive the first meeting of the Special Representative, noting that the Armenian side is interested in the solution of the distinct problems through substantive process.

In his turn, the Ambassador assured that the Russian side would continue making efforts in the settlement of Armenia-Turkey relations.
