On December 23, the RA NA Standing Committee on Labor and Social Affairs had a working debate over the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Labor Code. The amendments referring to the regulations on the social partnership were debated.

The RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Ruben Sargsyan, the representatives of the Labor and Employment Department, as well as the colleagues of the Confederation of Trade Union of Armenia took part in the debate.

The aim of the proposing amendments is to raise the social colleagues’ role in the realization and protection of the labor rights.
