At December 16 extraordinary sitting, introduced by the RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan, the deputies debated in the second reading and for complete adoption the package of bill on Making Addenda and Amendment to the RA Law on Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan and the enclosed ones. According to the rapporteur, the deputies did not submit proposals. However, the initiative was revised taking into account the proposals of the Expertise and Analytical Department of the National Assembly Staff.

The member of the Standing (Head) Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment Protection Matevos Asatryan presented the positive conclusion of the Committee.

Then the draft law on Making Addenda and Amendment to the Law on State Border authored by the Government was debated in the second reading.

According to the RA Deputy Chairwoman of the State Revenue Committee Tsovinar Soghomonyan, proposals were not submitted on the initiative after the adoption in the first reading.

The RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs endorsed the draft. The member of the Committee Hayk Tsirunyan voiced about it.

The parliament presented by the RA Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Rustam Badasyan debated the package of bills on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Law on Tax Service and on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Law on Customs Service authored by the Government in the second reading.

The member of the RA NA Standing (Head) Committee on Economic Affairs Tsovinar Vardanyan presented the positive conclusion of the Committee.

The package of bills on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Civil Code and the enclosed ones was debated in the second reading.

As the key rapporteur, the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Yeranuhi Tumanyants informed, amendments of a technical nature were made after the first reading.

The Deputy Chair of the Committee Vahagn Hovakimyan noted that the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs approved the initiative.

The RA Representative to the European Court of Human Rights Yeghishe Kirakosyan presented in the second reading the legislative package on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on the Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the European Court of Human Rights and the enclosed ones. The rapporteur stated that the deputies did not submit written proposals. The RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs also gave a positive conclusion, the Committee Chair Vladimir Vardanyan voiced.

The deputies adopted the initiatives debated during the extraordinary sitting by voting.

Covering the agenda, the parliament ended the work of the extraordinary sitting.

The end of the second session of the RA NA Eighth Convocation was announced under the sounds of the RA anthem.
