1 / 12

On December 7, the paintings and handmade works of border communities and Armenian children of Artsakh were presented in the National Assembly. The Head of Nika Art Organization Nikol Parazian organized the charity exhibition-sale.

The RA NA President Alen Simonyan got acquainted with the children’s works.

The RA NA Chief of Staff, the Secretary General Vahan Naribekyan has underlined that today is one of the most difficult days in our history, the 33rd anniversary of Spitak earthquake. According to Vahan Naribekyan, it is a fact that the children redefined our future with their colorful and bright works. He has added that the organization of exhibitions in parliament is a tradition, however such inspiring exhibition has not been yet.

The Head of Nika Art Organization Nikol Parazian expressed gratitude to parliament for supporting to organize the charity exhibition. According to her, the future development of our country is also based on carefree childhood of the next generation, and the purpose of this initiative is to give a Christmas fairy tale to many children who need it the most.

The Nika Art organization collected the creators’ handmade works from Yerevan, Gyumri, border communities and Artsakh within the framework of exhibition-sale. Art was presented through the children’s eyes, and their emotional inner world was reflected in the paintings with unique colors and other handmade works. It was also very inspiring for them to be in the legislative body and to present their works. All proceeds from the exhibition-sale will be donated to children from border communities and Artsakh.

Art lovers were also attended the NA regular sitting and met with the NA deputy Vagharshak Hakobyan.
