The Secretary of the NA Armenia Faction Artsvik Minasyan and the deputy Agnesa Khamoyan from the Faction took part in the briefings following the NA regular sittings.
Touching upon the process of beginning demarcation and delimitation, Artsvik Minasyan has noted that in that issue the RA authorities are obliged to be led by the RA interests. “The issue of demarcation and delimitation between Azerbaijan and Armenia cannot be cut from the execution of the guaranteed right to self-determination of the Artsakh people,” the Secretary of the Faction underlined.
