Ahead of the first session of the NA eighth convocation, the parliament met the newly elected members with the exhibition bearing the symbolic heading Parliament 1918-1920. During the first convocation the parliament convened 87 sittings and passed 427 laws. The documents presented in the exhibition hall are completed in 2018 in the collection dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Parliament of the First Republic.
This unique collection of the documents and photos is a summarized history about the creation of the parliamentary state in Armenia. It includes important documents about the composition of the political forces, their relationship and the adopted laws, which prove that the Parliament of the First Republic fully corresponded with the standards of parliamentarism.
