The National Assembly sitting of June 16 was not held due to lack of quorum.
At 10:00, appropriate number of deputies were not registered. “According to Article 51.4 of the constitutional law the NA Rules of Procedure, the registration continues until the registration of the necessary number of deputies, but not more than 4 hours,” the Deputy Speaker Lena Nazaryan announced.
At 14:00, 10 deputies were registered, which was not sufficient for the legality of the sitting.
