United Electronic Platform of Employees’ Choice to Be Invested

The executive body proposes to make amendments and addenda to the law on Foreigners, as well as to the enclosed presented laws. At May 5 sitting, the Head of the Migration Service of the RA Ministry pf Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Armen Ghazaryan presented the proposing regulations. It was noted that the authorities and the functions of the liaison state body in the sphere of migration would be specified. United electronic platform of the employees’ choice will be invested, which will give an opportunity to provide simultaneous accessibility of several state bodies, to have statistics, not allowing violations, speculations working rights and control the working market. A new and simplified procedure will be set for registering a foreigner and signing a working contract. In case of getting a residence status on the basis of working permission by a foreigner the legal relations and guarantees regarding the his/her family members will be regulated.

In his co-report the member of the NA Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Affairs Vanik Ohanyan presented the endorsement of the Committee.
