On May 1, the members of the delegation led by the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the Iraqi Parliament Sherko Muhammad Saleh Merwaes accompanied by the Head of Armenia-Iraq Friendship Group of the RA National Assembly Rustam Bakoyan and the deputy Artur Hovhannisyan were hosted in Mesrop Mashtots Matenadaran. The guests got acquainted with the collections of the unique manuscripts and the history of the Armenian culture.
On the same day the members of the delegation visited the Blue Mosque.
