Issues on Investment Programmes Debated

On March 22, the Working Group of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs on the Issues of the Investment Promotion held an online working discussion with the RA Minister of Economy Vahan Qerobyan and the heads of the structural subdivision of the department. The deputies Nikolay Baghdasaryan, Viktor Yengibaryan, Tsovinar Vardanyan, Gevorg Papoyan and Hripsime Grigoryan took part in the discussion.

During the discussion, a number of issues on the investment programmes have been touched upon, for the solution of which it is necessary to create some favorable conditions. The organization of the purchase and sale of transports in accordance with the European standards in Armenia, the regulations related to the license issues, the construction of new and comfortable car markets were considered important.

The issues on the promotion of electro mobile sale, the opening of the relevant charging station, as well as the organization of the competition for organizing parking in the communities of Yerevan.

The participants have also highlighted the opening of the oil refinery plant, noting that it is necessary to create opportunities for the local producer.

It has been noted that the problems related to handing over the state land to the entities require legislative regulation.

The debates of the Working Group will be continuous.
