Financial Allocations and Budgetary Programmes of Social Security and Health Care Designed by State Budget for 2021 Debated

On November 9, at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and on Health Care and Social Affairs moderated by Arkady Khachatryan and Narek Zeynalyan the financial allocations and budgetary programmes of the social security and health care designed by the RA law on the RA State Budget for 2021 were debated.


The RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhi Batoyan has noted that eleven programmes will be implemented, which includes ninety-nine events.


She presented the expenditures on the events: Bonus Being Given to the Servicemen, the participants of Great Patriotic War, the Participants of the Military Actions in Other States, the Family Members of the Deceased Serviceman, the financial allocations for Allowances directed to the Ride of the Family Welfare, Security by Social Package of the Employees of the State Institutions and Organisations, 24-Hour Care Services of the Elderly and 18-year old Persons with disabilities, Provision of the Allowance to Hired Employee being on Holiday having under care up to 2-year old  and the Child’s Birth One-off Allowance.


As the RA Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan assured, a number of programmes would be implemented.


He mentioned the following programmes: Public Health Preservation, Sanitary-Epidemiological Security Provision and Public Health Services, Health Primary Care, Out-Patient-Polyclinic Medical Aid Services, Mother and Child Health Care and First Medical Aid Services.


The rapporteurs also answered to the MPs’ questions, The Health Minister has noted that conditioned by pandemic and military actions, the system works very tense, and everybody gets decent medical aid.
