At November 8 sitting moderated by Varazdat Karapetyan the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment in the first reading debated the bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Water Users’ Companies and the Unions of the Water Users’ Companies.

The government was for the adoption of the bill. The Committee members endorsed the draft law for being included in the draft laws of the agendas of the session and the upcoming sittings.

The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan in the first reading presented the bill on Amending the RA Law on Financial Leveling.

The legislative initiative was endorsed for being included in the draft laws of the agendas of the session and the regular sittings.

Five draft laws and packages were debated in the second reading and endorsed.

The debate of the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Local Self-Government authored by the RA NA Vice President Lena Nazaryan was postponed up to two-month term.
