On May 30, under the Paragraph 1 of Article 155 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly the deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Narine Khachaturyan presented resignation.

Under Paragraph 2 of Article 155 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, if after the issuance of the resignation, within one week, the deputy takes back in written form her resignation, then the President of the National Assembly makes a statement, if she does not take back her resignation, then a protocol is made on suspension of her authorities, which signs and issues the President of the National Assembly. The resignation is considered accepted after the moment of the issuance of the protocol,” the NA President’s statement reads.
