On December 4, at the beginning of the RA NA regular sitting the RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan informed that 24 deputies were registered. The Speaker of the parliament noted that under Part 4 of Article 51 of the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure , the registration would continue until the registration of the necessary number of deputies, but not more than four hours. During the mentioned term in case of providing the legality of the sitting the one presiding the sitting informs the MPs about the beginning of the sitting, and in case of not providing it the sittings are considered not held.

By 14:00, 26 deputies were registered.

The RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan noted that during 4 hours necessary number of deputies for providing the legality of the sitting was not registered, so the sitting was considered not held.
