On February 22, at the sitting the RA NA Standing Committee and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan debated the draft law on Amending the RA law on Ensured Mortgage Bonds with the legislative package.

The Deputy Chairman of the RA Central Bank Nerses Yeritsyan presented fro debate the draft laws on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Securitization of the Assets and Securities Ensured by Assets with the enclosed package.

Gaik Minasyan informed that the two draft laws had been previously debated and amended.

As a result of voting the bills were proposed with the endorsement to include in the draft law of the agenda of the third session of the RA NA sixth convocation.

The Committee considered in the second reading and also endorsed the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA law on Fighting against Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing.

The Deputy Chairman of the RA Central Bank Vakhtang Abrahamyan has informed that there were no proposals on the draft law.
