She was born in Yerevan on July 1, 1962.
She graduated from the piano division of R. Melikian Music College. 1984-1988 she studied in Hr. Ghaplanyna Actor’s course of Yerevan State Artistic-Theatrical Institute. She studied in Armenian-British Business-School, received businessman-manager qualification.
She worked at St. Jrbashian N 8 music school as music teacher and concertmaster. In 1988 she worked in scientific-methodological center of the Ministry of Culture as a director, senior research worker. In 1992 she was director in the chief editorial of the Drama Programmes of television. 1994-1996 she was director of Metro Theatre, director of Navak-1 daughter enterprise of Chess All-Armenian Charitable Navak fund. In 1998 she worked in ArmSavingsBank, at first as counselor of the General Director, later head of staff and Secretariat. In 2000 she was adviser of the director of the Armenian Center of Strategic and National Researches. In 2002 she worked as head of financial division in GTMC CJSC. 2004-2005 she was chief counselor to the director of Kanaker CJSc. 2005-2009 she worked General Director in Arvest (ART) foundation. In 2008 she was counselor to the Minister of Culture. In 2009 she worked as director at Choregraphy State Theatre State Non-Commercial Organization.
On May 12, 2007, she was elected as a deputy to the National Assembly from the Republican Party of Armenia by proportional electoral system.
Since 2005 she has been a member of the Women’s Council of the Republican Party of Armenia, head of cultural committee.
She is married and has one child.
