Hayk SANOSYAN



He was born on January 2, 1971 in the village of Satkha in Ninotsminda region of the Republic of Georgia.

In 1991 he graduated from the historical-geographical faculty of Yerevan Kh. Abovian State Pedagogical Institute. He is a teacher.

1984-1986 he was elected as a secretary of the LCYU Central Committee in the secondary school of the Satkha village then in 1987-1989 in the division of geography of the historical-geographical faculty in the Kh. Abovian State Pedagogical Institute. 1991-1992 he worked in the secondary school of the Getamej village in the Nairi region as a teacher of history, geography, later – head of teaching department. 1992-1995 he was director of Echmiadzin commodity-raw materials exchange Ltd. 1998-2001 head of the Druzhba-98 Ltd in the Tyumen city in the Russian Federation. During the same period he was elected as chairman of the board of the St. Mariam church community. He is one of the founders of the Artush Sanosyan and sons Ltd.

Since 2003 he has been a member of the presidium of the Georgian Armenians’ Unity NGO.

On May 12, 2007 he was elected a deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the Republican Party of Armenia.

He is married and has four children.
