Shirak TOROSYAN



He was born on April 16, 1972 in the village Gandza of Javakhk.

In 1995 he graduated from the faculty of International Relations of Yerevan State University, in 1997 - the RA Management Academy, in 2006-the Yerevan School of Political Studies of the Council of Europe. He is an expert of international relations-historian, civil servant.

From 1996 he is a professor of the Chair of International Relations and Diplomacy of the faculty of International Relations of the Yerevan State University.

From 1995 he is a member of Javakhk compatriotic union. From 2003 he is a member of the leading body. From 2006 - he is a chairman of the union.

From 1997 he is a member of the leading body of the Powerful Motherland party, head of organizational division, from 2006 - deputy chairman of the party.

On May 12, 2007 he was elected as a deputy of the National Assembly by proportional electoral system from the Republican Party of Armenia. He is a member of the leading body of the Powerful Motherland party.

He is married, has three children.
