Born October 6, 1991 in the village Noratus in Gegharkunik province.

2013 - Graduated from the Department of “Economics and Management” of the Faculty of Administration of Economics and Informatics of the Yerevan Northern University. 

2016 - 2018 - Member of the Council of Elders of Noratus community of Gegharkunik province of the Republic of Armenia.

February-May, 2017 - Inspector of the SNCO “Sevan National Park.”

2018 - 2020 - Deputy Governor to Gegharkunik province of the Republic of Armenia.

Since 2015 - Founder member of the Party “Civil Contract”

Participant of third Artsakh war.

December 4, 2020 - August 2, 2021 - Member of the National Assembly (territorial electoral list of the electoral district #8 of the “My Step” alliance of parties). Member of the Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment of the National Assembly. Member of the “My Step” faction.

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Civil Contract” party.

Married, with three children.
