Artur Ghazinyan

Born November 10, 1978 in Yerevan.

1999 - Graduated from the Faculty of Law of YSU.

2001 - Master's Degree from the same Faculty.

February-June 2003 - Retraining courses at the Institute of European Law of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of European and International Law of YSU.

1999 - 2002 - First Rate Specialist at the RA Constitutional Court.

2002 - 2004 - Head of the Department of External Relations of the Civil Service Council of the Republic of Armenia.

2004 - 2008 - Adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia (Minister of Territorial Administration).

Since 2004 - Lecturer at the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of International Relations of YSU.

2006 - 2021 - Founding Director of the Center for European Studies of YSU.

Since 2008 - Head of the interdisciplinary Master's Program “European Studies.”

Since 2010 - the Interdisciplinary Caucasian Regional Master's Program “Human Rights and Democratization,” established by the assistance of the EU.

2009-2010 - Adviser to the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

Since 2019 - Chairman of the “One Armenia” Party.

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Armenia” alliance of parties.

Author of two monographs, over 40 scientific articles.

Married with two children.
