Born on October 4, 1975 in Yerevan.

1995 - 1997 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

1998 - Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Armenian Open University. Lawyer.

1994 -1996 - Legal Adviser of the plant “Selena.”

1998 - Head of the Methodological Cabinet of the Armenian Open University.

Since 1998 - Engaged in advocacy.

2006 - Coordinator of the Grant Program of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia.

2007 - Head of the Grant Program “Accessibility of Justice for All Socially Unsecured Layers of the Republic of Armenia” of the Chamber of Advocates, Lecturer of the Grant Program “Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia,” Coordinator of the Grant Program “Restoration of the Library” of the Chamber of Lawyers of the Republic of Armenia.

2008 - 2009 - Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia on the implementation of programs and coordination of work.

2009 - 2011 - Executive Director of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia.

2012 - 2014 - Director of the Foundation “School of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia.”

2003 - 2019 - Director of “Arni Legal Aid” LLC.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #2 of the “My Step” alliance of parties.
