Born on July 6, 1978 in Kirovakan (now Vanadzor).

1999 - Graduated from the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Institute of the Ministry of  Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

1999 - 2004 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

1999 - 2001 - Platoon Commander.

2001 - 2004 - Company Commander.

2004 - 2009 - Chief of Staff of the Battalion, Major.

2010 - 2018 - Teacher of general school of the municipality of Vanadzor in Lori province.

2012 - 2016 - Member of the Municipal Council of Vanadzor.

2018 - Deputy Governor of Lori province.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #9 of the “My Step” alliance of parties.

Married, with two children.
