Dear journalists,
I congratulate you on your International Day of Journalists’ Solidarity.
Journalist’s belief is the truth, which has no limits, like not only the solidarity of journalists, but of people as well. It is also the idea-factor consolidating journalists. The more consolidated they are in belief in that idea-factor, in covering and in keeping the reader informed, the stronger their word is, the more valuable the truth will be, in which societies and states are in need in various time periods.
Dear journalists,
You not only enshrine the truth on a paper, on the air and on the internet, but first of all into peoples’ consciousness. Consequently, presenting objective and unbiased information is a responsibility towards the destiny of people and the state.
Ensuring the truth, you defend your right to cover and bring it to the reader. The more consolidated and united you are in that matter, the more your information will be available, the more reliable the true word will be, the more steadfast will be your position of a citizen, the more your rights will be protected, widely guaranteed by the Constitution and the legislation under it.
Once again congratulating on International Day of Journalists’ Solidarity, I wish you all health, optimism and welfare”, the RA NA Speaker’s congratulatory message reads.
