Born on November 16, 1982 in Sisian.

2004 - 2006 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

2004 - Graduated from the Faculty of Energetics of the State Engineering University of Armenia.

2010 - MS degree of the Department of Economics and Management of the Faculty of Energetics of the SEUA. Specialist in Energetics - Economist.

2012 - 2014 - Director of the LLC “HOVTER.”

2014 - 2015 - Lead Engineer of the Supply Department of the CJSC “High Voltage Electrical Grids.”

2015 - 2016 - Lead Engineer of the Production-technical Department of the CJSC “High Voltage Electrical Grids.”

 2016 - 2018 - Head of the Department for the implementation of credit programs of the CJSC “High Voltage Electrical Grids.”

March, 2018 - June, 2018 - Coordinator-responsible person for the program “Third Power Line in 400kV Iran-Armenia and the Corresponding Station” of the CJSC “High Voltage Electrical Grids.”

June, 2018 - October, 2018 - Governor of the Syunik province of the Republic of Armenia.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #12 of the “My Step” alliance of parties.
