On December 19 the delegation led by the Vice President of the European Parliament Riszard Czarnecki accompanied by the Chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Artak Zakaryan visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex of the Armenian Genocide. The delegation led by Riszard Czarnecki put flowers at the memorial eternalizing the memory of 1915 Armenian Genocide victims, and bowed and honoured the memory of one and a half million innocent victims.
