The general office of NA Staff Secretariat presents the brief information of the discussed results of the received letters of 2004 first term, according to the RA law “On the Order of the Discussion of the Citizens’ Proposals, Applications and Complaints.”

3143 applications of the RA citizens are handed the NA Speaker and Vice Speakers, and all of them were responded. 375 letters were addressed to the councils, adjunct to NA Speaker, and all of them were responded.

1366 letters were handed over the NA Standing and Ad-hoc committees, and all of them were responded in written or oral form.

339 letters were handed the NA factions and deputy groups, and all of them were responded in written or oral form.

Legislative, legal, health care, social, educational, financial, residential, employment, privatization and everyday problems are raised in the letters.
