On January 17, the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan convened an extraordinary sitting. The draft law on Making Addenda and Amendment to the RA Law on Police recognized urgent by the RA Government. The key speaker, the Deputy Head of the RA Police Vardan Yeghiazaryan presented the amendments being designed to the parliamentarians.
The Committee endorsed the draft law.
