On December 23, the RA NA President Galust Sahakyan visited Gavar Orphanage of the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

The children and the staff of the orphanage met the guests with warmth and love.

Ara Babloyan took a tour on the territory of the orphanage, got acquainted with the conditions and the problems, watched the events prepared by the children of the orphanage and played table tennis.

The Director of the Orphanage Nikolay Nalbandyan has informed that 60 children live in the orphanage, among which 50 children study in the general education schools and 2 of them in the higher educational institutions.

The RA NA President has congratulated the children on the occasion of coming New Year and Holy Nativity and has noted that the family is the best place for the children, and we should work in that direction.

The children of the orphanage received New Year gifts from the Head of the parliament.

The Deputy Head of Gegharkunik Marz (province) Karen Hakobyan accompanied the NA President.
