On November 7, the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan the package of the draft laws on Amending the RA Law on the RA Central Bank (CB), on Amending the RA Law on Legal Acts, on Amending the RA Budgetary System. The key speaker, the Chairman of the RA CB Artur Javadyan has noted that the adoption of the draft laws is conditioned by the RA new Constitution. The questions of the debate participants to the CB Chairman related to the problems existing in the system.

The Committee endorsed the package of the bills for including it in the draft law of the regular session agenda.

The key speaker, the chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Gagik Minasyan and the RA Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan presented the draft law on the RA Law on the RA State Budget for 2018 and answered the deputies’ questions. The draft law with the endorsement was included in the draft law of the regular session agenda.

The RA Deputy Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies Arman Khachatryan presented to the Committee members the RA draft law on ratifying the letter agreement, which will be included in the draft law of the agenda of the second session of the RA NA sixth convocation.

The activity program of the RA CC for 2018, which presented to the Committee members the Deputy Chairman of the RA CC Ara Nranyan was not endorsed. According to the amendment of the RA Constitution, from April 2018 the Control Chamber will become Audit Chamber.
