On October 11, at the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local-Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment moderated by Vardevan Grigoryan a working discussion was held on forest fires and the situation created after the fire erupted in Nairit factory and the steps to be taken. The RA Deputy Minister of Agriculture Ashot Harutyunyan, the Head of the Division of Especially Preserving Territories and Arboretum Parks of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection Aram Aghasyan, the Deputy Director of the Rescue Service of the Staff of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, General-Mayor of Rescue Service Vrezh Gabrielyan and the RA Deputy Minister of Nature Protection Khachik Hakobyan delivered speeches on the issues under debate.
