Congratulatory Message by RA NA President Ara Babloyan on Constitution Day
1 / 1

Dear compatriots,

I congratulate you on one of our most important holidays – on Constitution Day.

Strengthening the foundations of the statehood, declaring the human being, his human rights and freedoms the highest value, the Constitution has enshrines everybody’s aspiration to live in a fair and legal state. During more than 20 years, by the adoption of the basic law and thereafter amendments to it the constitutional norms as guidelines have substantiated in state building and in our country’s social-political life.

Dear compatriots,

New opportunities continuously open before us. Our progress and development depends mainly on us, our free exercise of rights and proper fulfillment of responsibilities. We should spare no effort so that our country successfully overcomes difficulties and firmly steps onto the next stage of development. The Constitution has created all the conditions and tools to achieve it.

Realizing the interests of a citizen and the state, we should unite our capabilities, skills, and opportunities, using all that for the benefit of the country and for the welfare of the people.

I wish you sustainable peace, strong health, welfare, unfading faith towards tomorrow and your own strength.
