On June 12, at the sitting moderated by Armen Ashotyan the RA National Assembly Standing Committee on Foreign Relations approved by voting the decision on creating a working group called Analytical Council for showing expertise and research analytical support in the spheres reserved to the Committee.

The Committee Chair Armen Ashotyan highlighted the role of the working group to be created and noted that the Committee members were  also involved in the group.

The Committee members highly assessed the idea of creating Analytical Council , made recommendations on recruiting the group, which was unanimously accepted.
