On December 2, the RA NA Standing Committees convened sittings.

The RA NA Standing Committee on Healthcare, Maternity and Childhood moderated by Ara Babloyan in the first reading debated the legislative package on Amending the RA law on Licensing and on Amending the RA law on State Duty authored by the government and submitted by the RA Deputy Minister of Healthcare Sergey Khachatryan.

As a result of debates, the legislative package was endorsed by the Committee and will be included in the agendas of the NA session and the upcoming four-day sittings.

The RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Hovhannes Sahakyan debated the RA NA statement draft law on the Right of People’s Revolting and the draft law on Lustration and the enclosed legislative package.

As a result of debate, the two legislative recommendations were not endorsed by the Committee.

On the same day at the sitting of RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration and Local Self-Government moderated by Stepan Margaryan the legislative package on Amending the RA law on Local Duties and Payments, on Waste Removal and Sanitation Cleaning and on Amending the RA law on Transport Parking Local Duty authored by the Government and submitted by the RA First Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development Vache Terteryan was debated and endorsed.

The legislative package will be included in the draft laws of the agendas of the NA session and the upcoming four-day sittings.
