At October 8 sitting the NA Standing Committee on Defense, national Security and Internal Affairs moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan in the second reading debated the legislative package on Approval of the Guidelines for Rescue Services and on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements, which presented the RA Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Haykaram Mkhitaryan.
