On October 10, in Strasbourg the RA NA Deputy Speaker, the PACE Vice President, the Head of the Armenian Delegation to PACE presided over the Autumn Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). By the way, this is the first time that the Head of the Armenian Delegation will preside over the works of the Assembly.

At PACE October 11 Plenary Meeting the speech of the President of the Republic of France François Hollande is scheduled, after which will follow the Q & A session.

The item of the election of the Judges of the European Court of Human Rights was included in the agenda, as well as the dispute-debate regarding the activities of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
