On June 17, the President of the Board of Trustees of Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU) Galust Sahakyan took part in the Meeting of ASPU Board of Trustees.

The item on the election of the ASPU President was included in the agenda of the meeting. Only one candidate was nominated in the position of the President of the higher educational institution, the Acting President of University Ruben Mirzakhanyan, who was elected as a result of voting.

The RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan congratulated Ruben Mirzakhanyan on his re-election and wished him fruitful work and new achievements.

During the Meeting other items regarding the activities of University were also discussed.
