On June 15, in the RA National Assembly the debates in the 4+4+4 format on the Electoral Code were resumed, where the deputies of the NA RPA, PAP, ANC, ARF and the Rule of Law Factions took part, the representatives of the RA Government and the civil society.

The Head of the ANC Faction Levon Zurabyan has noted that the power has presented a document, which to their opinion, contains serious steps on the recommendations of the opposition and the civil society, which allows resuming the debates of the 4+4+4 format. He has underlined that the document presented by the authorities is made up based on the consultations implemented in recent period.

The Minister-Chief of Staff of the RA Government Davit Harutyunyan presented the recommendations, has also informed that the Government will initiate the NA extraordinary session in future to debate these amendments.

The representatives of the parliamentary factions and the civil society, in general, opined that the submitted proposal is a basis for resuming and continuing the debates over the amendments in the Electoral Code.
