On May 11, the regular debate on the RA Draft Electoral Code (EC) was held in the RA National Assembly.

The Chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Hovhannes Sahakyan, the MPs Hovhannes Margaryan, Levon Martirosyan, Vahram Mkrtchyan, the Minister-Chief of RA Government Staff Davit Harutyunyan, the RA Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan, the Chairman of the RA Central Electoral Commission (CEC)) Tigran Mukuchyan took part in the debate.

Those present thoroughly debated a number of articles of the RA Draft Electoral Code. The MPs again presented recommendations, which in detail clarified the Minister-Chief of RA Government Staff, the Draft EC co-author Davit Harutyunyan.
