On May 11, the RA National Assembly continued the work of the extraordinary sitting in the first reading passing the draft laws on Amendments to the RA law on Accumulative Pensions, the draft law on Exempting Hrazdan-Cement CJSC from Penalties Incurred on Tax and Compulsory Social Payments and the legislative package on Amendments to the RA Civil Code and the enclosed draft laws.
Afterwards the parliament in the first reading debated the draft law on Amendments to the RA law on Joint Stock Companies, which submitted the RA Minister of Economy Artsvik Minasyan.
The RA Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee adjunct to Government Vakhtang Mirumyan submitted for debate the package of the draft law on Amendments to the RA law on Taxes and the enclosed draft laws for passing in the first reading.
Then Vakhtang Mirumyan submitted for debate in the second reading and passing completely the legislative package on Nature Protection and Nature Utilisation Payments and on Amendment to the RA Law on Nature Protection Tariffs and the bill on Nature Protection and Nature Utilisation Payments.
The Chairman of the State Nuclear Regulatory Committee adjunct to the RA Government Ashot Martirosyan in the second reading presented the legislative package on Amendments to the RA law on Safe Utilisation of Atomic Energy for Peaceful Purposes and on Amendment to the RA law on Organisation and Conducting Check-ups in the RA.
The draft law on Amendments to the RA law on Energy Saving and Renewable Energy and the enclosed legislative package was also debated in the second reading, which submitted the RA Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Hayk Harutyunyan.
By the presentation of the RA Deputy Minister of Economy Emil Tarasyan the parliament debated in the second reading and for passing completely the draft laws on Amendments to the RA law on State Duty and on Amendment to the RA law on State Duty.
The RA Deputy Minister of Healthcare Sergey Khachatryan in the second reading submitted for debate the draft law on Medicine and the legislative package enclosed to it.
Afterwards the deputies in the second reading debated the draft laws on Amendments to the RA law on Exempting Hrazdan-Cement CJSC from Penalties Incurred on Tax and Compulsory Social Payments and on Amendments to the RA law on Accumulative Pensions.
The parliament in the first reading debated the draft law on Enacting Privileges on Nature protection Payments to the Company Providing Water Supply, Water Removal and Sewerage Cleaning Services and on Enacting Privileges on Nature Protection Payments to Yerevan Water CJSC.
The Chairman of the State Committee for Water Managementof the RA Ministry of Agriculture Aram Harutyunyan submitted for debate of the parliament the Agreement signed between the RA Government and the French Development Agency (FDA) on January 26, 2016.
The parliament in the first reading also considered the draft law on Amendments to the RA law on Advertisement with the enclosed legislative package, which presented the RA Deouty Minister of Culture Artur Poghosyan.
The parliament debated the protocol on Amendments to the Agreement of September 28, 2001 on Cooperation in Providing Industrial Safety in Dangerous Production Units signed in Saint Petersburg on October 18, 2011, which presented the RA Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Haykaram Mkhitaryan.
The First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Kamo Areyan presented the Finance Contract “Yerevan Solid Waste - Phase 1” signed between the Republic of Armenia and the European Investment Bank (EIB) on October 16, 2015 and Yerevan Solid Waste Project signed between the Republic of Armenia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on December 11, 2015.
