On April 3, a working consultation - presided over by the RA NA Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov and attended by all the RA NA Factions and members of delegations to the international parliamentary structures - took place in the National Assembly. The ways of effective enhancement of interaction with international colleagues and the provision of precise information on the existing situation on the border have been discussed: mainly the fact that the Azerbaijani dictatorial regime, suffering from the obsession to retain its power at any cost, tries to distract its attention and that of international communities from domestic problems, without avoiding sacrificing human lives. During the working consultation it has been decided to once again call on the international community to restrain Azerbaijan unless it is late, predicting that Aliyev's dictatorial regime, losing its head because of permissiveness, might resort to more inhumane actions.
