On March 30, the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport moderated by Artak Davtyan was held.
The draft law on Amending the RA Law on Higher and Post-Graduate Professional Education authored by the NA deputy Tevan Poghosyan was debated.
The Deputy Minister of Education and Science presented the viewpoint of the RA Government and noted that the Ministry shared the concern of the society and in future it is designed to revise the management staff of the higher educational institutions.
As a result of debate, Tevan Poghosyan proposed to postpone the draft law by one year.
