On November 16 the pupils and the teachers of Yerevan Beniamin Zhamkochian N 119 Senior School visited the parliament within the framework of the NA Open Doors programme.
The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Hermine Naghdalyan conducted the open lesson.
Before the meeting the guests took a tour in the building of the parliament, attended the debate going on in the Session Hall and got acquainted with the process of the Adoption of the State Budget.
Mrs Naghdalyan welcomed the guests’ visit to the legislative body. In her speech she touched upon the severe terrorist attacks in the Republic of France several days ago. She has noted that the Armenian nation expressed its sorrow and support to the friendly French people.
In the course of the meeting the Deputy Speaker also presented the activities and the authorities of the RA legislative body.
Referring to the process of the Constitutional Amendments, Hermine Naghdalyan presented the opportunities given by the draft law.
The NA Deputy Speaker highlighted the participation of the youth in the public and political life of the state. She has stated that one should have great reserve of knowledge and high human qualities for that.
During the warm and sincere talk the pupils addressed the questions concerning them to the NA Deputy Speaker.
At the end of the visit the pupils have been taken photo with the NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan in the Session Hall of the National Assembly.
