According to the RA NA President Galust Sahakyan’s decision under Article 70 of the RA Constitution at the initiative of the RA Government immediately after the end of the RA NA Extraordinary Session convened on June 15 the RA NA Extraordinary Session was convened having on the agenda the agreement on Financial Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany for 2014 signed in Yerevan on June 16, 2015.

The RA First Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan submitted for the deputies’ debate the abovementioned agreement. He has noted that the agreement gives an opportunity to the RA Government and the RA Central Bank to receive financial assistance from the Banks for Reconstruction and Development with privileged conditions. According to the Deputy Minister, the agreement on financial cooperation is signed already for more than 10 years between the Governments of the Republic of Armenia and the Federal Republic of Germany.

After the debate of the agreement the deputies ratified the document.

Covering the agenda, the National Assembly ended the work of the extraordinary session.
