On April 8 within the framework of the NA “Open Doors” programme the RA National Assembly Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov hosted the teachers and the pupils of the schools of Vanand and Hatsik villages of Armavir Marz.

Welcoming the guests’ visit to the legislative body, Eduard Sharmazanov answered the schoolchildren’s questions which mainly referred to the RA foreign policy, the Armenian-Turkish relations and the possibilities of the Armenian-Turkish border opening, the issue of the NK conflict settlement, etc.

Touching upon the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh problem, the NA Deputy Speaker has reaffirmed that Armenia sees the NK issue settlement exclusively within the framework of the negotiations going on in the format of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and exclusively through peaceful means.

At the end of the visit the pupils and the teachers have been taken a photo with the NA Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov in the NA Session Hall.
