On March 17 the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan was on a working visit to the Crisis Management State Academy of the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations and Central Clinical Military Hospital.

The Committee members Tevan Poghosyan, Artur Stepanyan and the experts of the Committee got acquainted with the procedure of the educational programmes being implemented in the Academy. During the consultation issues concerning the organization of the educational process, the results of the reforms in the sphere were discussed, as well as the existing problems, needs and the development perspectives were touched upon.

Then the Committee members got familiarized with the hospital, events directed to the quality improvement of medical service. Numerous issues regarding the sphere were discussed with the heads of the Military-Medical Department and Hospital of the RA Armed Forces.

The Committee members also took a tour in the hospital divisions, got familiarized with the hospital conditions equipped with newest technology and laboratory. They have talked with the servicemen undergoing treatment here and the medical staff.

On behalf of the Committee Koryun Nahapetyan wished good health to the servicemen and assured that the servicemen’s and their family members’ health has always been at the centre of the Committee's attention. During the summing up the importance of implementing joint works over the problems of the sphere has been reestablished.
