On March 6 at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan the package of draft laws “On Amending the RA Law Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” and related laws was debated in the second reading. Let us remind that by the package a concept of budgetary reforms is proposed to invest in Armenia, which supposes provision of wide-scale information to the legislative body within the framework of budgetary process.
It was proposed to create a working group of experts which will provide professional support and information to the deputies, standing committees and factions.
The Committee Chairman has informed that the government has presented two recommendations which have been discussed and accepted.
The package of draft laws has been endorsed to be included in the draft law of March 23-26 four-day sittings’ agenda.
