On November 7 he NKR NA Speaker Ashot Ghulyan and the members of the Inter-Parliamentary Committee on Cooperation between the RA NA and the NKR NA accompanied with the RA NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan and the Head of the RPA Faction Vahram Baghdasaryan visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex.
In the name of the NKR authorities the parliamentarians of Artsakh laid a wreath at the Memorial of the 1915 Armenian Genocide and put flowers bowing near the eternal fire commemorating the memory of one and a half million innocent victims.
The NKR NA Speaker Ashot Ghulyan has noted that honouring the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims is a sacred obligation of every Armenian.
He has also noted that the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide is an occasion for implementing united programmes.
The Director of Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Hayk Demoyan presented books about the Armenian Genocide to the NKR NA Speaker.
