On November 3 at the joint sitting of the RA National Assembly Standing Committees on Economic Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Vardan Ayvazyan and Artsvik Minasyan the revenues and expenditures of the spheres of industry, urban development, transport and communication, energy system and natural resources, tariff policy, protection of economic competition, cadastre designed by the RA draft law “On the RA State Budget for 2015,” as well as the formation of revenues, tax and customs policy were debated.
The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan presented the general picture of the budgetary allocations of the mentioned spheres.

The RA Deputy Minister of Economy Emil Tarsayan, the RA Minister of Urban Development Narek Sargsyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Ara Simonyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication Artur Arakelyan, the member of the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission Council Artur Vardanyan, the Chair of the RA State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition Artak Shaboyan, and the Chairman of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the RA Government Martin Sargsyan touched upon the budgetary financing and programmes of the relevant spheres.
During the debates the NA deputies submitted their remarks and recommendations.
